Meet the Scruffs - the ugliest pets ever! There is a new addition to the Pet Shop and the scruffy pets aren't happy. Ursula is a beautiful, pedigree cat with shiny fur and polished paws and she sticks out like a sore thumb next to all the other scruffy residents. But when they get into trouble, it's Ursula who saves the day and proves to the pets that she's more than just a pampered puss., Then another disaster strikes - a customer has come to the shop and wants to adopt Ursula! The pets must work together and do all they can to make Ursula less attractive to the potential owner. It's MAKE-UNDER time!
