The fourth edition of this work has been expanded to include the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court; the amended version of the European Convention on Human Rights; the Protocol on the Establishment of an African Court on Human Rights and Peoples' Rights; and the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings. It also includes the Draft Articles on State Responsibility as adopted by the International Law Commission in 1996. Part 1 of the Criminal Justice Act and the 1998 Human Rights Act have been added to the selection of domestic instruments.
